One building is enough
Tell us about the building
Age, use, how many cars or escalators, and what is going wrong. That is usually enough for a first conversation, and there is no equipment for us to quote at the end of it.

General enquiries
info@elevatorpm.com.auBefore you write
How do we start, and what happens after we get in touch?
- Tell us about the building: the age of the equipment, how many cars, and what prompted the enquiry. We reply to everything, usually within a business day. Where a site visit is warranted we say so, and every engagement then begins with a written fee proposal against a defined scope.
Do you work on single buildings, or only portfolios?
- Both. EPM works on one asset and across national portfolios, with roughly 935 buildings under its maintenance assessment programme. A single lift in one building is an ordinary engagement, and it is often where a longer relationship with an owner starts.
What does an engagement cost?
- Every engagement begins with a written fee proposal set against a defined scope, so the number and what it buys arrive together. Cost follows the asset count, the building type and the stage you are at. Describe the building and we will scope it before quoting anything.
What insurance and registrations do you hold?
- Twenty million dollars public liability and ten million professional indemnity, with workers compensation in every state EPM operates in. Affiliations include Engineers Australia, CIBSE, Chartered Engineer status in the United Kingdom, the Lift Engineering Society of Australia and the Australian Elevator Association.
