Who uses an independent lift consultant

Institutional owners, asset managers, constructors, councils, airports and operators, across Australia and into Asia-Pacific. We sell no equipment and represent no manufacturer, and we work alongside the contractors and manufacturers who deliver and maintain it.

Ten years of records

Lift audits stay with the asset

Audit reports, tender evaluations, design documentation, traffic studies and minutes, filed against the building, not the person who ran the job. It is why a portfolio owner can ask what changed in 2019 and get an answer.

Named lift and escalator projects

A sample from the project register. Many engagements run for years and across a whole portfolio rather than a single address.

Every one of these began with a lift condition audit or a project brief, and the constraints differ by building type.

Most of this started with one building

An audit on a single asset, then the rest of the portfolio once the first report proved useful.
