MAPLE™ is a propriety rating system that measures the servicing performance of all lifts and escalators by the service provider. The ratings provide the property owners with transparent performance information measured and assessing safety critical deficiencies, reliability critical deficiencies and preventative maintenance delivery. The assessment will be converted into an easy to understand star rating scale from one to six maple stars. 6-maple stars rating demonstrates market leading service provider, 3-maple star rating means the service provider has considerable scope for improvement and 1-maple star means intervention is required.
